Chrismation of Lewis (Cuthbert) Thorley into the Church

Today, Sunday 17th November, Lewis Thorley was received by chrismation into the Church. Lewis has taken the name Cuthbert from the great ascetical father of the 7th Century whose relics are behind the high altar in Durham Cathedral. He was a monk at the monasteries in Melrose and on the Farne Islands (Lindisfarne). Here is a photoalbum: https://frgregory.jalbum.net/Chrismation%20of%20Lewis%20Thorley/#img=lewis01.jpg
